Note that custom products are not refundable
Dear customer:
Thank you for choosing our custom products and services. Due to the particularity of customized products, all products are produced one-on-one according to your personal needs, sizes, designs or specified specifications, and are non-standardized goods. Therefore, once the custom product is ordered and produced, it will not be able to be sold twice or used for other purposes.
With this in mind, we hereby state:
No refund for no reason: After the customized products are confirmed and put into production, unless there are quality problems or inconsistent with the requirements of the order (valid proof is required), the return or refund application will not be accepted.
Order confirmation process: In order to ensure that your needs are accurately implemented, we will confirm the design draft, size, material and other details with you before production, please be sure to check carefully. Once the order is confirmed, you will be deemed to have approved the final proposal.
Quality problem handling: If the product you receive has defects in process or material, please contact customer service within XX hours after receiving the product, and provide relevant photo/video evidence. We will fix, redo or negotiate some compensation for you depending on the situation.
We understand your concerns, but the unique nature of customized products makes this policy necessary. It is recommended that you fully communicate your needs and confirm all details before placing an order. Thank you again for your support and understanding!
