Do I have to pay taxes?
No, our prices include taxes and extras. Assuming it can be verified, if you receive an additional fee, please send us your receipt and we will pay 50% of the fee.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we do! Normal custom products require a minimum order quantity, because in the case of mold opening, the price will be very high if the number is small.
What is the payment method received?
Most of our customers are used to paying for business, if you do not wish to pay by bank transfer, please do not hesitate to contact us for more bank details. We do not have access to product payments. This is the most common form of payment. It's fast and efficient.
What kind of currency do you accept?
Currently, we accept euros, dollars and pounds
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we will ship your items around the world via the postal service, which usually takes about a week to arrive after you approve your application.
How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
After completing the product order, it usually takes 1-3 working days to process the order and 5-10 working days for logistics.
What is the shipping cost per order? How do I track my package online?
The tracking number will be sent by email after shipment. You can track your package on your country's postcode website after two days. Shipped items can be tracked online, regardless of how many items are purchased per transaction.
Do you support refunds or change of delivery address?
We would also like to offer customers refunds and product exchanges. But we make customized products, which cannot be used for secondary sales, so I'm sorry to inform you that we do not support refund and replacement of products. If you have any questions, please contact us by email.
What should I do if I receive something damaged?
You must inform us immediately upon receipt of the goods. Once you find that the product is damaged during transportation, you can take a picture of us as soon as possible, so that we can contact the factory and logistics in time to deal with the damaged order urgently.
